I'd like to add a vote for Johns Hopkins, just on the basis of one patient's experience. They are reportedly extremely thoughtful and respectful, and work co-operatively over medications and therapy. They will also have deep TMS soon, if they don't already. I don't know to what extent they use imaging techniques, but they do use genetic testing to help with medication choices.
