I can't answer your question directly. Sorry.

What about attacking the problem from the other side of the equation? Have you tried an antiglutamatergic drug?

- lamotrigine
- minocycline
- memantine

You could actually take all of these drugs in combination. If you haven't tried lamotrigine, I think it makes senses to try that first. If magnesium makes you feel better, memantine might be worth a try. I've seen minocycline produce a rapid and robust therapeutic effect in TRD.
