i've been on dexedrine at 60mgs in some of my past stimulant prescibing stages....klonopin is vary good for undoing the electrical activity, you may want to look into a fast acting nueroleptic. But your already on Invega...that's a difficult situation. mmmmm....

clonodine...i've been on clonodine...last year...it sedates you...not like klonopin but anyting past .3mg will start to cause hypotension and relexes the blood vessels making pressure lower. The only that is b eee acch is the dry mouth side effect, ughhhh i hated it i had drink water while i was talking to people because it would go dry and couldnt pronounce words.

Intuniv is similar to clonodine....its not as strong....but it does have mild sedative effects. It may help with sleep, both that and clonodine....but for a high dose stimulant insomnnia...you may have to go up to .4-.6mg of clonodine, with seroquel....but the only thing klonopin could interact with it....so that's kinda complicated.

There is a medication that called Compazine which is a micro version of thorazine....it is vary short in duration 4-6 hours. And that is really SHORT for a antipsycotic. It's not really used mainly it's label, but it would defintly get the excess dopamine in the cortex out. I just don't know if it would interfere with invega, or if your doctor would prescibe it.

Beta blockers are another option for lowering the NE from dexamphetamine.
