> Thanks for your postI know fluvoxamine is used in combination with clomipramine, it makes clomipramine more serotonergic due to a metabolic change. I would stay away from strong SSRIs like paroxetine. The thing is, clomipramine itself is a strong serotonin reuptake inhibitor.
