Hi Phil,
Have you ever tried Ritalin? Maybe it would work better for you. Some people can't tolerate amphetamines and some people can't tolerate Ritalin, it really varies. For me, I can't do amphetamines; they make me too anxious. Ritalin works much better for me.
And Scott has an excellent idea with Focalin. I've tried it and it really is smoother and seems to cause less anxiety. Good luck to you!
