I don't think so. I can't be sure, but for me 10 mg/day is the same as 20 mg/day. Other people gain weight at 2.5 mg/day.

You could look into switching from Geodon to Latuda (lurasidone). Like Geodon, Latuda is not supposed to produce weight gain.
