i've been doing this for a while....the shake mix is 120 for a cup, and soup, all liquid, I thought I was on 600-800 calorie diet but I looked at the calories in the milk, even though its nonfat...its 400 cals, which isnt bad but im trying to stay on 900 a day...
still its difficult at night to not eat anything...especially at 12am when the munchies come out of their hiding place. When I eat at night it feels SO good when I have food in my stomach, ever hear the saying don't go to bed on an empty stomach...that is true, totally...
its hard to jog now, i can't...i can walk fast...but the weight of my body screwed up my knee...being on diet with no excersie is a slow process. Not a morsel of food in 2-3 days, expect for some chips last night i had to sneak down my mouth. lol
i've slipped up couple times...sneaking food or go day off the diet and then gain 4lbs the next day. I think about pizza right now, i think its kinda nasty even though a delicious slice of Joe's Pizza and Pasta down the street from me sounds like heaven. Had 3 shakes today and tomato soup. That's it, if I can hold off the chips later.
