Bacopa and Mebicar experiences

Hi,

I'm looking for experiences witn either Bacopa or Mebicar for anxiety.
I've read some information about Bacopa that's its effects are similar to Lorazepam.
But I've also read some opinions that it may increase anxiety in some cases.
Any opinions?
