They di kat, but a lot of thm have been taken in by the drug company ads that SSRI's cure all - the idea that you might need an NARI or an SSRI plus an NARI doesnt seem to occur to a lot of them.
The treatment alogorrthum seems to be SSIR - Mirtazapine - admit failiure
GAD, Panic Disorder, Endrogenous Depression
Sertaline 100mg/day
Bupropion 300mg/day
Risperidone 1mg/day
Alprazolam 2-3mg/day"and you go running for the shelter of your mothers little helper"
