> Are pleasant dreams a sign of depression lifting? I am 8 weeks on Wellbutrin 300 and Prozac 20 was added in two weeks ago. Two nights ago I experienced at least two pleasant dreams from which I woke up from, charged with a feeling of well-being, even elation. I have not recalled a pleasant dream for many months. Should I take this as a sign that the meds are working. Do meds give you back your ability to have non-depressing dreams?

I think the fact that you wake up with a feeling of well-being is the biggest sign that the meds may be working. I know of no research that says that ADs give you pleasant dreams, but it's certainly more than possible, and it's definitely a good thing! Hope you start to feel even better.
My best,
Kat
