If you have a serious condition, sometimes you need to put up with some minor side effects in order for it to be treated. If a serious side effect occurs, stop the drug and try somthing different.
If you arnt willing to put up with any side effects at all, then stick to valarian and homeopathic remedies.
Stop reading about side effects, because the subconcious mind will invariable produce them if you are continualy reading about them (in the same way that someone only has to mention their kid having head lice and you find your self scratching your scalp)
If mondafinly is working for you and not causing side effects, stop worrying about what might happen, be glad it works
