Heard Cymbalta Getting Good Reviews?

I heard cymbalta was getting good reviews on other sites and a friend who's med is pooping out would like to start taking it. He's planning a crossover from sertalaline (sp?) is this okay? I myself used to crossover all the time in the past. I read up on it also and see it's being used successfully for arthritis pain also? Phillipa
