i'm interested in this too. i am on 300 mg of lithium now, but i'm having issues w/ side effects (so naturally i won't raise the dose). i (sorta) liked trileptal in the past, but my pdoc really pushed lithium.
i'm also on 20 mg of lexapro and 50 mg of tramadol. i'm scared to abandon the tramadol completely because it pulled me out of a major depressive episode.
sorry i couldn't add much, but i wanted to piggyback on this thread as i'm in a similar predicament...
