this may sound a bit confusing since i am indeed waling around in a very confused state right now... but anyways:
my new psychiatrist mentioned Lamictal as one of her idea to treat the longterm side effect i have had from Mirapex completely screwing up my dopamine system. my theory has been that Mirapex over-stimulated my autoreceptors too long, leading to my brain shutting down its natural dopamine release.
i have been talking to her about puting the Cyproheptadine in a transdermal form ever since i became tolerant to a sky-high dose of it. i am positive had i been able to take it long enough, my brain would have been back to its pre-mirapex state and it would have stayed like that, but that idea keeps being put off. she wanted me to start out on low doses of it again just to see if they would help my dopamine system again, since i havent taken it inn almost a year. anddd it isnt helping!!! i was pretty sure it wasnt going to help since the last time i tried it had been after being off it for a couple of months.
she gave me her personal email and i emailed her 5 hours ago to let her know it isnt working and still no reply. i just litterally feel like i am being tortured. what i need is help ASAP. something like a short term stay in a mental hospital.. but there is no way i could get the specialized care that i need in a mental hospital.
it is summertime, my favorite time of the year, and yet i feel so cold inside. i'm just getting a feeling that i am starting to act too desperate... and that turns alot of people off.. even my psychiatrists. no one likes to see someone acting desperate.
i had also stopped by her office this morning to try having a quick conversation with her, i saw her and told her the low doses of cyproheptaine isnt helping. it was just a quick conversation and i asked if i could talk to her a bit more when she gets time in between patients and she said "sure". then about an hour later the receptionist called my cell (her receptionist doesnt even work in the same building) and he told me i needed Dr. Jill called him and told him to tell me to stop lingering in her office and to leave.
