i live in tennessee. i had my regular psychiatrist refer me to this doctor that prescribes ketamine. i then made an appointment, and at my 1st appointment they did tests on me and i filled out papers. then on my 2nd appointment i talked to the psychiatrist and we talked about everything and when it came time to prescibe a med i mentioned ketamine.
you could try calling around to different psychiatrists offices. i had called this psychiatrists office and asked to make sure that if the doc thought it was appropriate, if he was willing to prescribe ketamine.
