I used to run and teach Aerobic Dancing and loved the high. Now at age 66 with severe degenerative spine issues and osteoporosis I am currently in PT and trying to get some pain relief. I ride bike 6 miles a night despite pain. I refuse to give up not in my nature. Being my age medicaire is insurance with united healthcare as supplemental. So only so much they will pay for. I see a pdoc who isn't inclined to use meds. Maybe because his specialty is addictions. Only other option her was a forensic pdoc. So I'm with the addictions. Unfortunately my old pdoc retired.
