good bandaids for skin picking

Posted by iforgotmypassword on May 22, 2012, at 19:18:10

i was wondering if there might be good bandages where the adhesive stays on pretty well and doesn't get dog-eared very early. there's no question i'm scarring myself now, and i want to minimise this. flaky scabbiness seems to get targeted by my fidgetiness, if i were grazing smooth plastic i gather it wouldn't be so automatic, but this is probably less helpful if it gets dog-eared easily. i might add clonidine to my adderall at some point as anxiety is also a factor (for which i take lorazepam, but i also need that for movement, so it needs a bit of a break, may also add Mg L-threonate) and adderall probably is making this worse, as i'm pretty side effect prone in general with stimulants.
