As you know thyroid levels or reference ranges are relative different from laboratory to laboratory. But here are my levels: TSH is 1.73 mU/I (0.35-5.5). fT4 is 14.5 pmol/l (10-19.8) and fT3 is 4.4 pmol/l (3.5-6.5). I would say internists and endos find the levels okay. My TSH was a long time under and around 1 when I was taking 75 mcg/ of T4. Now its 1.73 and perhaps too high? The well being range is very individual. When do you remark that the T4 increasment starts to kick in concerning lack of energy?
