That sucks! I guess we are all different. I start to notice the next day if I've forgotten my Xanax XR first by feeling "weird" (probably de-presonalization), then maybe later in the day it's some agitation, and then anxiety. For me it hasn't made my anxiety worse without it, but that's just my experience.
