To be honest, I doubt that. It would mean that you'd have to spray at least 100ml in your nose, which is a completely ridiculous idea. What I beleive is this: you misunderstood the guys at the pharmacy. They probably told you that one spray equals 0.1ml. In order to know the amount of ketamine that one spray contains, you need to know the strength of the solution. An intranasal dose smaller than 1mg would most likely not produce any effects at all. If you experienced dizziness, I would guess that your total dose was somewhere around 5 to 10mg.
It's either that, or the doctor and/or the pharmacy are completely incompetent.

Forget it. This is NEVER going to work. They will be highly suspicious if someone comes from a different region of the US just to show up in the ER with suicidality. Seriously, forget this. You can contact study directors, they usually have their email address posted on clinicaltrials.gov. Everything other than that is not going to get you into a clinical trial.
I do have to say though that I doubt that ketamine will be the solution for you, and I honestly doubt that treatment-resistant depression is your only diagnosis. This all sounds very strange to me, and I believe that there is something else going on.
