I see the pdoc today and fear telling him of the rashes that come and go on back forearms, and under watch band. They have been going on for months now and when think gone they reappear and itch like crazy. Cortisone cream, Origins cream, and an anti-itch cream don't work. And the nightmares of deaths and first husbands family are waking me in terror, and my deceased Brandy dog too. And Seems so many people from past have developed breast cancer and I have a mammogram due in April. Also a bird alive flew in the house the other night as built a nest on wreath on front door. Husband did manage to catch and let out. Three eggs in it. One day will feel better and next like I'm dying a slow death. I beat myself up as I can't do the things I used to do. And strangest opened my vitamin case was picking out the vitamins and it literlly the open plastic case exploded shooting the vitamins in the tiny spaces into different one and out of the case. So now I am concerned more than concerned about that. Also just don't feel well rush throught the day so can go to sleep at night. Am I going nuts? Phillipa
