well the pdoc cant force you to take the meds. however if your not compliant you both need to work to find out why. is it bad side effects, dont work etc.? its pretty crapypy that she just threw her hands up and said your on your own.
(but remember you are Not on your own) we're here for you. and please whatever you purchased for acting on your suicidal thoughts, get rid of it. if you cant throw it away, or flush it. at least give it to a trusted friend or neighbor for the time being.About your meds. my eyebrow when up when you say you were on all your on. not because of the number but the combination. with your suicidal thoughts i would cut down on abilify to 10 then to 5 then 2.5 if needed then off. That might help with thoughts and anxiety you also need to cut back on xanax use however you may have some difficulty as you ar eon pretty high. i'm suprised you have been Rx'd ativan AND xanax? i'm not sure if thats common but i would say that's kinda dangerous.
the wellbutrin and abilify could be causing anxiety, the ativan and xanax are helping anxiety and sleep and the lyrica wellbutrin and zyprexa should be helping with depression right?
(zyprexa and abilify and possibly ativan and xanax for manic episodes correct?)i'd say you need to find another pdoc and taper off some meds and change to other ones. This cocktail is obviously not working for you.
You will be ok. But you need to get your meds adjusted first. please do not act on any thoughts you may have right now. call a friend to come stay with you if needed. call any crisis line. admit yourself to the hospital if needed to stay safe. find a new pdoc if you dont feel comfortable going back to the old one.
Stick with it and stick around here. there are other more knowledgeable people here to help out.
