Tramadol acts as a weak reuptake inhibitor, yes, but Effexor is not an opioid.

Laney asked about Effexor. Although Effexor has some structural similarities to tramadol, Effexor has no activity as an opioid agonist.

Riddles aside, exactly what point are you trying to make? Effexor's structural similarity to tramadol is irrelevant. Effexor's withdrawal symptoms are typical of SNRIs. It is not an opioid.
