It sounds like you need professional help before things take a serious turn for the worse. I think you should go to a detox centre or at least to another doctor and tell your whole story. One suggestion might be to get you on an atypical anti-psychotic such as Seroquel or Zyprexa and then to taper you off the benzo using something like diazepam (Valium). You definitely need professional help in getting the whole addiction/tolerance thing under control. The longer you wait the more dangerous the situation becomes.
