You might be right about this. It is difficult to say. So many things can produce insomnia.

Dragi - what do you think about when you are lying awake in bed? What do you worry about during the day? What situations cause you to experience the most anxity?

It might be necessary to experiment with the timing of the melatonin dose, especially if there is a disturbance of the circadian rhythm. Sometime, earlier is better. Some people even find dosing in the afternoon to be better than at night. This will help advance the circadian rhythm and produce an earlier onset of sleep and perhaps other therapeutic effects.
