I take atarax (hydroxyzine)an antihistimine used for anxiety and sedation to aide my sleep. I also use melitonin. I haven't read of anyone else here using it but it works for me. I can fall asleep no problem but staying asleep is another story. Temazapam is what works best for me but the atarax is cheep and not a benzo. I am not given to feeling hungover from sleep meds so I can't say much about that.
