Not nearly enough attention seems to be paid to it by the medical communtiy though.
At first a person is just glad to be rid of their terrible depression or similar problem (assuming the drugs "work" for their problem), but then sooner or later living a life of no sex or ability to think about girls gets to be a real drag... as you know.
