Thank you for your thoughts everyone. Funnily enough I am on 50mg of buspar and it has helped tremendously! I actually have come down from 90mg believe it or not but it was causing weight gain. Scott, I think I will try Viibryd as you say there is nothing to lose. Did Viibryd not help you at all hence coming off it? I hope you are still improving Scott. Phillipa I have always known you take luvox I am tempted to try it as well! It is disheartening as I am on a lot of medication all of which help greatly in their own way (the lamictal helped me get out of my deep depression) but the decrease in zoloft has been what has made things a bit difficult at the moment (I was on 200mg). Has anyone ever heard of a small dose of Sam-e or 5-htp to augment anti depressants? Sorry for all the questions,

mogger

125mg zoloft
50mg buspar
45mg remeron
1.5mg clonazepam
300mg lamictal
18grams Inositol
N-acetyl Cysteine
