Some people get depressed from eating bread.

It is not natural for humans to ingest large amounts of methylfolate. It doesn't occur in nature that way. While it might have a tonic effect for some, it can be physiologically offensive to others. It might depend on one's level of methylation. Perhaps there is someone on the Alternative board who can address this issue.
