Hey again. Listen, this is a rough thing you're going through. I've had some intense episodes because of my condition, too. Try to ride it out as best you can; with treatment and a good support network, it really will get better.
You're at a good age to get treatment to help you eventually put this behind you. I'm not saying it won't pop up now and then, but if you're anything like me, you'll find future episodes more bearable and less frightening, especially if you can get proper medical treatment promptly and then continue to work with someone to help you stay in touch with reality.
