Tramadol is a tricky drug to work with. There is a extended release version that's less likely to cause an interaction. Just keep the dose on the lower side.

Are you aware that tramadol has a lot of evidence backing it up as treatment for OCD? The APA guidelines recommend it as monotherapy.
