Yes PST now....used to be EST....lol
Taper....okay brain zaps start about 4 hours before dose of 37.5 mg......but cease after I take it.....a little worried about lowering past 37.5.

Diagnoses: MDD, GAD, ADHD
MEDS:
Trileptal: 300 mg 2x/day
Focalin XR: 10 mg
Focalin IR: 10 mg
Prozac: 20 mg
Effexor: 37.5 mg
Ambien: 10 mg
Klonopin: .5 mg twice daily
