Banning bath salts is for wusses.
Here they were going to ban a whole series of plants (acacias) and monitor the sewage to determine community needs. As in, this suburb is taking enough Prozac, this one needs more cocaine addiction centres.
Anyway, it's a plant growth promotant too, and I missed out again.
I only persisted with pot for so long because it was illegal. But some people really love their civil wars.
