Well, I liked Paxil. I am BP2 as well, and it pooped out on me after about six months but I did not have the correct diagnosis then, and maybe had I been in a mood stabilizer too it would have worked longer. All the ssris stopped working for me after a few months to a year. The doctors told me it is common with bipolar. But evybody is different and your cocktail probably makes a big difference as to whether an AD will work for you.

Supposedly it causes weight gain and fatigue in lots of people but I never had that, and I was on a lot more than 25 mg. I think that really is a low dose but just monitor yourself.
