Thanks everyone for your thoughts on this...
I did not take the concerta today and feel SO much better. Not 100% like myself, but probably 75%... I suspect that tomorrow will be even better. The desire to hurt myself, depression, etc from the past two days is gone. It was obviously somehow related to the concerta, so I dont plan to take it again.
I did consider trying different doses, but with the strong and scary reaction I had.... I'm afraid that with a higher dose, I might not be able to keep myself safe. Not worth the risk. On to a different drug....
