I guess Seroxat is the one to go for. However, it does have the worst side effect profile out of all the SSRIs. I certainly found it to be the most troublesome. Weight gain, loss of sex drive and excessive daytime sleepiness were the real problems for me with Seroxat. Furthermore, they didn't seem to improve with time either. Still, I did find the drug more effective than Cipralex.
