For me benzos not habit forming at all. I took for a few years then stopped when in school as was happy. I feel that the state of ones happiness dictates the need for meds if condition anxiety based. Was once told by a pdoc that the 1.25mg of xanax took every other night was really acting as a placebo could have been? Phillipa
