otherwise, its as if my brain is unprepared, not propped up and often just sputters and goes crazy; i end up juggling side-effects and even more benzo use. i am serious about this, my most normal, unhectic and simply robusty focused stimulant moments have been with adderall + ALC.
i think this impression i have is due to acetyl-l-carnitine's protective and boosting effect on mitochondrial function of dopaminergic neurons. (my conjecture based on what i have read) sorry my expressing is getting messier.
