some of them do, I think. I'm not an expert or a doctor or anything, but some of the atypicals (Risperidone in particular) and a lot of the "conventional" antipsychotics can cause pretty intense elevations in prolactin levels. Abilify avoids this entirely b/c of its partial D2 agonism. The other atypicals I think tend to not raise prolactin for other reasons (serotonin activity, transient D2 blockade, that kind of thing), but I seem to recall reading that if you push the dose of many "atypicals" high enough, they'll also start raising prolactin. Its kind of like how if you ramp up an "atypical" to the point that it causes the same level of D2 receptor blockade as, say, Haloperidol, you start to see comparable EPS.

Anyway, I read online that they sometimes add Abilify to the offending neuroleptic to lower prolactin levels. I personally wouldn't jump at the chance to take 2 antipsychotics, but I guess its an option. I imagine there are other ways to lower prolactin, too.
