Ask your doctor for a trial of florinef, 0.1mg daily. It is a steroid drug used totreat addisons disease, and its main action is to cause retention of salt and water, causing an increase in BP - very effective in dealing with low BP/orthostatic hypertension, especialy if combined with a couple of salt tablets and some extra fluids.

As for the insomnia, one of the benzodiazepines or Z drugs should deal with this, and if Nardil is the only thing that works for you, it would certainly be appropriate.... say zoldipem 10mg at bedtime
