New meds different year

I am back....trying a new round of meds....same problems...Mixed state...Lots of irritability and rage and snapping at others ....ANGRY and need help. Current combination
.5 mg Klonopin 2 times a day
10 mg Adderall 2 times a day
50 mg Pristiq 2 times a day
10 mg Ambien at night
I am worse as the adderall wears off and it seems like the Klonopin doesnt help AT ALL whereas 5 mg of librium and 2 mg of valium used to help.
IDEAS?
