Hi Rover. How are you doing? Do you still take cetirizine?

I'm reporting back to say that cetirizine 10mg twice a day is still working. I'm not depressed. I think my immunity is up too because usually I'm the one who gets sick, however this time my wife and son had terrible colds and I had little in the way of symptoms.

I know that depression weakens the immune system. This is a great medication. I wish I had found it years ago. Sometimes the best things happen serendipitously (purely by accident)! :-)

I was also able to cut down on Xanax from 4mg/day to only 3mg/day!

Take care and good luck.

Paul
