Clomipramine needs to go, and the replacement has to have atleast as much anxiolytic effect. I'm cycling fast between apathic depression and depression where atleast modafinil works. Makes me wonder if it would be an idea to try Lamictal again. My pdoc is coming back from vacation on monday.
