Tried mnany ADs and found some success with Effexor but that too faded. Tried Parnate again but things only got worse. I've been seeing a pdoc for many years.I'm currently on 75mgs Pristiq, 600 Lamictal. My sleeping pattern is not what you would call ideal. I am tired much of the day, go to sleep at a reasonable hour but wake during the night and am up for a bit. I do eventually get back to sleep - usually with some Klonopin. As far as work - I am "working" but not to the best of my ability and often have to call in sick because I just can't bring myself to go outside some days. I probably should also mention that I have recently had 18 ECT treatments. Needless to say, I'm getting very disappointed but I'm trying very hard to believe that I can get better, although it's getting harder and harder each day.

Wow, 600mg of lamictal is pretty high. Have you seen a psychopharmacologist? I would imagine that you had a full workup in the past to r/o underlying disease?
