I know at really high doses that effexor raises norepinephrine. at even higher doses hits dopamine. So what is there unique about the chemical structure of effexor that it acts as a good ad at low doses? It just can't be serotonin. Is it related to pea or some feel good chemical? I tried it once years ago at 37.5mg and I felt good right away. My p-doc took me off as I seemed to happy. Being bipolar he feared a manic reaction. So than we started with the lamictal.
But anyhow maybe you can shed light on the workings of effexor and good luck again as you've been thru so much suffering. I have lurked at babble and followed every one's posts. You're a very courageous person.
