Maybe the unnatural feeling subsides with time and you begin to feel more natural. I also imagine moderate exercise followed by a meditative stretch would help eliminate some of the effects that noradrenaline is having on you.

So you are taking 50 Nortiptyline? If you feel a significant improvement, try to feel lucky there is any improvement at all. Be patient and hopefully the unwanted effects will gradually diminish with time.
