Well, my pdoc did say that the tramadol might actually be working and not to dismiss it prematurely. He is my main prescriber, not my back doc. He can take some time to think things through, however he has nixed the savella and cymbalta for the time being.
Upshot, tramadol still works despite the cutback.
He also supports my beginning
involvement in a local hospital's weekly mbct group. I need a group because going solo is scary.
MBCT has helped--though not a med.
MDD currently controlled. C-ptsd and comorbid health concerns. Chronic fatigue.
