I agree :) My only concern is that I have been on SSRI's for so long (10 years) that my body has become used to them. I guess if things don't improve coming off the Zoloft (I have only been on it for 3 weeks) then I may have to try Celexa. I am defintely going to look into the supplements :) I am also trying meditation as a way to calm myself when I have anxiety :)
