Conundrum it doesn't just increase orgasmic intensity, it can actually make you have spontaneous orgasms. I had several while walking down the street, whilst totally unaroused. That is probably number one on the list of freaky side effects I have ever experienced.

Without trying to sound too graphic there was no erection involved and no warning, but full orgasmic sensation (so totally embarrassing) and messy. That did stop after 2 weeks. It was on the PI sheet and I couldn't believe it when it happened.
