Biological things have not been so great, but not too bad either. However, my most recent treatment failures have left me demoralized and helpless. I have had to fight suicidal thoughts. I started taking Nardil. So far, it has taken the edge off of the depression. However, I don't anticipate responding well enough to return to work or have an adequate quality of life. I am currently looking at adding agomelatine (Valdoxan). I hope my doctor will allow me to try it.
